Welcome to my website. I’m Marco Montuori and I work as a Pizza Chef. I do believe there are no boundaries between refined haute cuisine and eclectic pizza. My research aims at combining simple pizza dough, made with special, healthy, easy to digest and with low calorie values flour, with gourmet ingredients. I not only love working as a pizza chef but also giving technical advice both in Italy and abroad. Moreover, I believe in respecting food quality and procedures.
